- Für die Erhaltung von Corydalis intermedia besteht eine Verantwortlichkeit Deutschlands in hohem Maße. Der Falsche Mehltau ist weltweit fast nur von diesem Wirt dokumentiert, so dass eine entsprechende Verantwortlichkeit auch für ihn bestehen könnte. Es gibt jedoch unter dem Namen einzelne Angaben von weiteren Wirten aus anderen Ländern (z.B. von Corydalis capnoides), deren Artidentitäten überprüft und die ggf. in die Bewertung der Verantwortlichkeit mit einbezogen werden müssen.
