- Der erstmals 1980 in Deutschland nachgewiesene Pilz wurde vorher vermutlich übersehen und wird als indigen eingestuft. Die Art ist leicht zu übersehen, weil das hellrosafarbene Sporenpulver dieser Microbotryum-Art an der filigranen Wirtspflanze wenig auffällt.
