- Nach Vánky (2012) weicht der Pilz an der europäischen Arnica montana von dem an Arnica-Arten in Nordamerika ab und gehört möglicherweise zu einer eigenen Art.
- Comment on responsibility
- Für die Erhaltung von Arnica montana hat Deutschland eine Verantwortlichkeit in hohem Maße (Metzing et al. 2018). Dies wäre auch für den Pilz der Fall, wenn sich die taxonomische Eigenständigkeit der europäischen Form bestätigen sollte.
