- Nach heutigem Gliederungskonzept der Gattung Valeriana sind viele ältere Wirtsangaben in ihrer Artzuordnung unklar, z.B. solche von V. sambucifolia in Buhr (1958). Bei vielen V. officinalis-Angaben ist nicht klar, ob das Aggregat oder die Art im engeren Sinne gemeint ist.
