- Der erstmals 1961 in Deutschland nachgewiesene Pilz wurde vorher vermutlich übersehen und wird als indigen eingestuft. Foitzik (1996) listet Chaerophyllum villarsii als Wirt des Pilzes unter dem Synonym Puccinia astrantiae em. U. Braun auf. Die Angabe konnte nicht überprüft werden, daher wird diese Pilz-Wirt-Kombination in der Gefährdungsanalyse nicht berücksichtigt.
