- Die Larven leben in zusammengesponnenen Blüten von Pyrus spp., seltener auch zwischen zusammengezogenen Blättern von Prunus spinosa (Schütze 1931; Hannemann 1964; Gaedike & Petersen 1985); die Falter kommen offenbar selten ans Licht und werden daher auch nur selten nachgewiesen (Stübner, A., persönliche Mitteilung).
