- Die Larven der ersten Generation leben an bodennahen Blättern, die der zweiten Generation an Sprossen von Scabiosa spp., Knautia spp. und Centaurea spp. (Slamka 1995). Die Art wird auf Kalkhalbtrockenrasen angetroffen. Aus Bayern existieren keine Belege, nur eine Literaturmeldung.
