- Lokale Dünenart der Meeresküsten von Nord- und Ostsee, dort aktuell und häufig. Im Binnenland an der Weser aufwärts bis Bremen und an der Elbe bis Hamburg (Bellmann brfl. 2008). Gelegentlich ins Binnenland verschleppt, z. B. nach Sachsen-Anhalt (Grebenščikov 1982).
