- Westeuropäische Art. In Deutschland am äußersten nordöstlichen Verbreitungsrand, nur ein schon länger (auch aktuell) belegter Fundort im Südwesten in Baden: Kaiserstuhl, Altvogtsburg, Badberg 2013 (Roppel 2013) mit offenbar noch stabiler Population. Wärme und Trockenheit liebende Art auf Kalkböden im Offenland, in spärlich bewachsenen Biotopen. Ausbreitungsvermögen gering, da Weibchen offenbar nicht fliegen.
