- Wie Trichia alpina ist diese Art nicht obligat nivicol und kommt daher, jedoch sehr selten, auch außerhalb der Gebirge vor. Sie wurde in FK von Streu eines Erlenbruches (Marx 1998) gefunden, aktuelle Nachweise aus Thüringen (Müller unpubl.). In den Bayerischen Alpen lokal und jahrweise nicht selten (Kuhnt 2006).
