- Taxon aus dem Melampsora populnea agg.; seine Aecien gehören zum Caeoma allii-ursini agg. Das Taxon ist durch seinen spezifischen Wirtswechsel gekennzeichnet. Angaben von mikroskopisch bestimmten Belegen wurden z.T. unzureichend von ähnlichen Arten unterschieden.
