- Der Pilz wird neuerdings als Rossmanomyces ramischiae (Lagerh.) Aime & McTaggart geführt (Aime & McTaggart 2020). Die neue Gattungszuordnung wurde erst bekannt, nachdem die taxonomische Überarbeitung der Gesamtartenliste bereits abgeschlossen war.
