- Der 1937 während einer Himalaya-Expedition an Oxytropis altaica gefundene Pilz wurde in einer Berliner Zeitschrift beschrieben (Ulbrich 1938). In Sekundärquellen (z.B. Index Fungorum 2021) wurde irrtümlich Deutschland als Fundort angegeben.
