- Die Art ist im westlichen Mittelmeergebiet aus Frankreich, Italien und Spanien gemeldet. Über Ungarn und die Schwarzmeerregion ist sie bis nach Russland und Asien (Kasachstan) verbreitet. Außerhalb des paläarktischen Raumes sind keine Vorkommen der Art bekannt. Der einzige Fundort in Deutschland ist der Rotenfels an der Nahe, viele hundert Kilometer nördlich von anderen Fundstellen. K. henschi wird zumeist in offenen felsigen Xerothermbiotopen gefangen.
