- Akzeptiert man die Unterart als boreal-eurasiatische Taigapflanze mit deutlich kontinentaler Tendenz, die westlich bis Kaliningrad und Ostpolen verbreitet ist, dann waren die Vorkommen in Bayern und Südbaden gemeinsam mit den Graubündener und Zillertaler Populationen weiträumig isoliert.
