- Gültiger Name ist Encyonema brehmii (Hust.) D.G. Mann in Round et al. (1990). Es handelt sich um ein dubioses, nicht ausreichend definiertes Taxon, bekannt nur vom Typusfundort in Österreich. Alle Bestimmungen in der Florenliteratur zeigen deshalb ein Spektrum unterschiedlicher Formen (Krammer 1997). Die Zuordnungen der aus Deutschland gemeldeten Funde zu ähnlichen Arten bedürfen der Überprüfung.
