- Eine Literaturmeldung für L. immaculatus aus Deutschland lag bereits von E. O. Engel aus den Jahren 1928 bis 1930 vor. Eine sichere Bestätigung auf der Basis von männlichen (historischen und aktuellen) Belegexemplaren von Kiesbänken in Bachtälern der deutschen Alpen erfolgte jedoch erst durch die Arbeiten von Wolff (2020) und Wolff et al. (2021). Die Art wurde deshalb erst in der vorliegenden Fassung der Roten Liste einer Gefährdungsanalyse unterzogen.
