- An Spergula pentandra ist die Art in Deutschland nicht nachgewiesen. Im Bereich der Typuslokalität für den Befall an Spergula pentandra „Berlin Jungfernheide, 6.1884, P. SYD., Myc. march., No. 4179“ ist ein historisches Vorkommen von S. pentandra extrem unwahrscheinlich (M. Ristow, briefl. Mitt.). Wahrscheinlich bezog sich die Angabe auf eine weite Artauffassung inkl. Spergula morisonii. Weitere Angaben beruhen auf Fehlbestimmungen des Wirtes (Jage et al. 2017).
