- In Deutschland immer nur lokale Populationen am Arealrand, seit über 30 Jahren verschollen.

- Von Südwesteuropa einstrahlende, wärmeliebende Art, in Sandgebieten. Ältere Funde aus dem Raum Hannover, Niederelbe, Westfalen und dem Rheinland. Zuletzt noch in der Pfalz bei Dudenhofen an Pferde- und Rinderkot 1985-1987 (Bettag 1989: „sehr einzeln“).
