- Die einzigen Nachweise von Peronospora fragariae in Deutschland stammen aus den Jahren 1969 und 1970 aus Bayern (Doppelbaur & Doppelbaur 1972, Herbarium M). Die Art ist auch außerhalb von Deutschland sehr selten.
