- Nachweise von Peronospora sp. an Aphanes arvensis aus Deutschland (Kirschstein 1899, Doppelbaur & Doppelbaur 1972, Herbarium München) könnten zu der von Choi et al. (2007) an Aphanes australis sowie Potentilla supina und P. thuringiaca beschriebenen Peronospora oblatispora gehören. Allerdings liegt der Beschreibung von P. oblatispora ein sehr weit gefasstes Artkonzept zugrunde und es wurden ausschließlich Belege an der Typusart Potentilla paradoxa Nutt. aus Korea phylogenetisch untersucht, so dass die Identität der unter diesem Namen zusammengefassten Befälle überprüfungsbedürftig ist.
