- Die Art H. montivagus wurde in ihrer aktuellen Bestandssituation von selten auf mäßig häufig umgestuft. Diese Art kann leicht mit H. mengii verwechselt werden und dürfte aus diesem Grund oft übersehen worden sein. Beispielsweise entpuppten sich als H. mengii bezeichnete Vorkommen in Thüringen nach DNA-Untersuchungen im Rahmen des „German Barcode of Life“-Projektes (GBOL) als H. montivagus.
