- Eresus cinnaberinus (Olivier, 1789) ist ein nomen dubium, Řezáč et al. (2008) erkannten E. kollari als den ältesten verfügbaren Namen für diese Art. Der Schutzstatus von E. cinnaberinus in der Bundesartenschutzverordnung betrifft E. sandaliatus und E. kollari.
